That is inspiring! I'm a photographer in Louisville, Ky- My best friend's daughter just turned 15… I have GOT to get her & her friends together and do something like this! I know I would have LOVED it at her age!

This has got to be one of the best family portrait sessions I've ever seen! You can just feel what kind of family vibe they have going through these pictures… So fun! lol I'm jealous… I need to find me a session like this!

Absolutely LOVE THESE! Your pictures present their story so perfectly. I almost feel like I got to know a little about them just seeing them. I wish more families were like this, makes our job as photographers easier

Oh my gosh what an adorable Pittie! Jessica I was the same way as you 2 years ago when my husband came home and told me he wanted a pit bull and his friends dogs had just had a litter, but I agreed to meet his friends dogs (they had 3 at the time 2 males 1 female) and fell in love, and also fell in love with the biggest puppy out of the litter that was pushing all the other puppies out of the way to eat. I was 4 months prego at the time and Osceola (our puppy) would always lay on my belly, then after Keeley was born he would sleep at the foot of her crib at night. A couple of months after our daughter was born we got Vader and even though we get the "oh my gosh you have 2 pit bulls and a baby!" looks all the time I wouldn't change it at all, they are great dogs and our daughter loves them. You're right about the media portrayal of them turning people off to them, I hope one day that will change. Thank you for sharing these photos and sorry to write a small novel in this comment
